Our Response to COVID-19

Dear Yellowstone Country Motors Customers and Family,

We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and our hearts go out to all those who've been impacted. Yellowstone Country Motors is working to ensure that we're able to provide the products and services you need, while keeping those we love, especially our customers and staff, healthy and safe. 

With today's technology we can still provide exceptional service to our customers while maintaining an environment that is safe and secure for both our customers and our staff. 

Service Customers
If you need to service your vehicle and would prefer not to come to the Dealership, let us know. We can work with you to pick up your vehicle for service, sanitize high contact surfaces and deliver it back to you once the service is complete. 
Please be patient as we are attempting to also take the utmost care of customers and our staff! 

Sales Customers
If you are purchasing a vehicle and would prefer to not come to the Dealership, we can help you with your purchase using online resources and if desired, we will bring any paperwork and the vehicle to you. 

Every day, as part of our regular operations, our stores are cleaned and sanitized. Recently, we've increased the frequency of cleanings, and are providing supplemental supplies to our store teams. As always, we provide hand sanitizer throughout our store for customers and staff, and we work closely with our teams to ensure that anyone who is not feeling well understands that we support them staying home. Our staff follow regular cleaning practices throughout the day using a disinfectant to kill coronavirus, and other germs. 

We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone who enters our dealership. 

This situation continues to evolve quickly, and we will be monitoring it closely. Based on current guidance and our own standards and practices, we remain open for business and are committed to providing an outstanding experience for you.
